The Academy courses are conducted at the level of post-graduate in international law. Students who have the required educational background and possess a sufficient knowledge in private and/or public international law can follow the courses.

ATTENTION: You can’t apply online on a full fee basis and apply for a scholarship !

You must choose one or the other types of application. If you make two applications, both online and by mail (scholarship), the Registration Department will automatically reject the online one.
