Accommodation
The Academy is not responsible for providing accommodation to the participants. In addition to their own research, participants can contact Mrs. Merula Oomen (Legal Lodging) who can provide them with the addresses of rooms to rent under the following conditions:
single room: 22 euros per person per night
Please indicate on the accommodation form:
- with breakfast
or
- cooking facilitiesPayment for the accommodation must be made on the day of your arrival, directly to the host family (in cash only)
If you cancel your accommodation less than two weeks before the beginning of the session, you will have to pay an amount of €150 euros (single room) in compensation to the host family.
You will receive by e-mail (between 1-31 May) a letter concerning your accommodation, including:
the address of your host family
You are advised to arrive on Sunday preceding the beginning of the Centre
In the event you do not wish accommodation to be provided by Legal Lodging, mention "personal accommodation" on the accommodation form, and indicate the address and the telephone number where you can be contacted during your stay in The Netherlands.
Attention : The Academy requires no payment and is not responsible for the success of the transaction between the attendee and the host family. The Academy can not be held liable for failure to pay, quality of service, cancellation or any other problem arising between the attendee and the host family.
