Accommodation

Accommodation arranged through the Hague Academy with Host Families

The Academy's Accommodation Department will help you to find an accommodation at The Hague for the period of your stay during the summer session on the following conditions:

  • single room: 22 euros per person per night

  • Please indicate on the accommodation form:
    - with breakfast
    or
    - cooking facilities 

  • Payment for the accommodation must be made on the day of your arrival, directly to the host family (in cash only)

  • If you cancel your accommodation less than two weeks before the beginning of the session, you will have to pay an amount of €150 euros (single room) in compensation to the host family.

You will receive by ordinary mail or by e-mail (between 1-31 May) a letter concerning your accommodation, including:

  • the address of your host family

  • two confirmations slips to be completed
    - one for the Academy
    - one for the host family, with the dates and times of arrival and departure

You are advised to arrive on Sunday preceding the beginning of the Centre

In the event you do not wish accommodation to be provided through the Academy, mention "personal accommodation" on the accommodation form, and indicate the address and the telephone number where you can be contacted during your stay in The Netherlands
