Accommodation
The Academy is not responsible for organizing the accommodation of its attendees but can try helping finding an accommodation on the following conditions:
1 - with a Host Family (limited number of rooms: first-come, first-served)
- single room : 22 € per person per night (with breakfast or cooking facilities)
- double room: 20 € per person per night (two persons) (with breakfast or cooking facilities)
- Payment for the accommodation must be made on the day of the arrival, directly to the host family (in cash only)
2 - in a student dorm or in a Hotel (only if all places in the host families are occupied)
- Room to share with two other attendees : 30 € per person per night (with breakfast or cooking facilities)
- Payment for the accommodation must be made on the day of the arrival. (cash or credit card).
The Attendee will receive by ordinary mail or e-mail a letter concerning the accommodation, including:
- the address of the host family or of the hotel
- two confirmations slips to be completed :- one for the Academy- one for the host family
It is advised to arrive on the Sunday preceding the beginning of the courses.
Because of the small number of single rooms available, it will not be possible to satisfy all requests for this category of accommodation. In such event, a double room (shared) will automatically be assigned.
Attention : The Academy requires no payment and is not responsible for the success of the transaction between the attendee and the host family. The Academy can not be held liable for failure to pay, quality of service, cancellation or any other problem arising between the attendee and the host family.
