Newly Elected Registrar of the International Court of Justice

The Hague Academy of International Law congratulates Dr. Santiago Villalpando on his election as the Registrar of the International Court of Justice. Dr. Villalpando delivered a Special Course at the Academy during the 2024 Winter Course on International Law, where he shared his expertise on “The Practice of the Law of Treaties since the Vienna Convention”. The Academy wishes Dr. Villalpando every success in his new mandate.
