Programme of International Law Courses in Latin America and the Caribbean

The Hague Academy of International Law, in collaboration with the Government of Colombia, has decided to launch a new programme of International Law Courses in Latin America and the Caribbean, with the first edition scheduled for 2026.

The programme was held from 10 to 20 March 2026 in Cartagena, in the “Palacio de la Proclamación” of the Governorate of the Bolivar Department, the University of Cartagena, and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
