The 2018 External Programme will take place in Singapore from 23 to 30 November 2018. The programme is exclusively open to nationals from ASEAN member states.
Interested applicants from ASEAN countries other than Singapore (i.e. Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Viet Nam) are eligible to apply as of May 1st via the website of the Academy.
