Case of the Day Lecture During the Academy’s First Winter Courses

On 15 January the first lecture presented as a “Case of the Day” has been given by Mr. Philippe Cavalieros, Partner and head of the Paris Arbitration Practice Group of Simmons and Simmons. Mr. Cavalieros’ lecture focused on an ICC Arbitration case decided under the UNIDROIT Principles.
