An Introduction to The Hague Academy’s 2021 Programme in Hong Kong

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the first edition of The Hague Academy of International Law’s Advanced Course in Hong Kong, which was originally scheduled for early December 2020, had to be postponed to the fourth quarter of 2021. Despite this postponement, a few of the lecturers will be speaking at a webinar in English on Monday, December 7th, from 9:00 to 11:00 am, GMT+1, The Hague time (16:00 to 18:00 hrs – GMT+8, Hong Kong time), organised jointly by the Academy, the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR and the Asian Academy of International Law (AAIL). This webinar will provide an overview of the 2021 programme, which will be devoted to delving into the means for and current practice of the settlement of international commercial disputes.
