How to Donate

The Hague Academy of International Law is in many respects a "global public good". Each year the United Nations General Assembly acknowledges its contribution to the teaching, study, dissemination and wider appreciation of international law in a Resolution (A/RES/76/110, para. 25 of 9 December 2021). The Academy not only strives to uphold the premium quality of its courses and programmes as much as it can - and with the help of many, including governments, corporations, and other friends of the Academy - but also its very moderate registration fees, allowing attendees from all around the world to participate in them. You too can help the Academy maintain this policy by contributing to its efforts. 

Contributions of a minimum of 500 Euro are not only welcome but also necessary. All donors will be mentioned, if they so wish, on our website and in our annual reports, and will thus become actors in the soon to be centenary history of the Academy. For more information, especially regarding the tax deductions to which donors of the Academy are entitled, please contact us.
