The Winter Courses

The Winter Courses are targeted for students and practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of international law, whether public or private. To attend the courses, applicants must apply online.

The Winter Courses are open to:

Applicants who have completed at least four consecutive years of university studies, which must have included lectures on international law;
Applicants holding a three-year university law degree (LL.B. or other) on the start date of the upcoming Winter Courses, or a document certifying 3 completed years of university studies in law, preferably having already followed some courses on international law.
All applicants must master one of the two working languages (English or French).

What else do you need to know before the Winter Courses?

Registration Fees

Eligible full-fee applications are reviewed on a rolling and first-come, first-served basis from the moment the registration period opens on May 1st.

Scholarships

A merit-based scholarship programme allows advanced students and young practitioners to receive financial assistance to attend the Winter Courses.
